Our online boutique is a busy place - Therefore, Email is the most efficient way to reach us. If you would prefer a phone call, include it in your email, along with the most convenient time for us to call you back. We check email daily, and will usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays. Our offices are closed on weekends and holidays, however emails are usually answered periodically throughout the weekend.

Please feel free to email us with any questions regarding ordering, product information, hosting parties, wholesale, new product ideas, or anything else we can help you with. We are committed to offering our customers exceptional customer service, so please let us know if you need anything! We also encourage our customers to write us a note about your shopping experiences and the products you recieve. Your customer comments are what we need to not only grow and become a better business, but to know how we can make Prissi Britches your favorite online boutique.

ORDERING 
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received. We will be happy to assist you with choosing fonts or thread colors for your purchase; please do not hesitate to email customer service.

Brides or any other customers who order multiple quantities (5 or more of one item) may qualify for a special discount. Please contact us for details.
 
PAYMENT
Prissi Britches Boutique accepts Paypal. It is the easiest and fastest way to pay. If you need to make arrangements to pay by check, please call our customer service line. 
 
SHIPPING
We ship via USPS First-Class or Priority Mail to the 50 United States. For Canada and overseas shipments please call for shipping rates.

Monogrammed items require 2-4 business days to complete prior to shipping. Please note that business days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays that fall on those days.

Delivery of your order is subject to the on-time policies of the United States Postal Service. An upgrade to Express Mail delivery is available at checkout for an additional fee. Please keep in mind the 2-4 business days it takes to monogram your item prior to shipping. Rush orders may be available, please call us.

BACK ORDERS
You will be notified via email as soon as possible should you order an item that is on temporarily out of stock. Credit cards will not be charged for backordered items until they have shipped.
 
RETURNS
We are very confident that you will be 100% happy with your purchase(s). However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalized item(s, we will be happy to offer you a credit, refund or replacement. Such returns will only be accepted within 10 days of your receipt and only with prior authorization from Prissi Britches Boutique. Please email us at prissibritches@att.net. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and will email return procedures to you. Items returned must be received unworn and unused. Please include a copy of your receipt with your return. Shipping and Handling charges are NOT refundable.  If you received free shipping, our shipping and handeling costs will be deducted from your refund.
 
We reserve the right to cancel orders for items that have been advertised at an incorrect price, discounted rate, have incurred an unusually long back order time or have been discontinued. We also reserve the right to cancel any order which was posted to the site with errors of color, style or price. If we cancel your order after we have received payment, we will issue a refund in your original form of payment.

PLEASE NOTE: Monogrammed or personalized items may not be returned.

Please be sure to double check your spelling before placing your order. Be sure to double check the order in which the letters in a monogram should appear. Refer to our monogram fonts page if you are unsure.
 
SPECIAL ORDERS
Prissi Britches  will occasionally offer special promotional discounts and offers.  To take advantage of special offers, discount codes must be entered during the check-out process.  If the code is not entered, the discount will not be applied. Discounts cannot be applied after the order is placed.
 
CARE AND CLEANING OF MONOGRAMMED ITEMS
Many of our items are machine washable. We recommend turning monogrammed garments inside out before washing and using only non-chlorine bleach as necessary. We also recommend turning inside out to iron. If your item has special care instructions, you will receive them with your shipment.
 
PRIVACY
Prissi Britches Boutique does not give or sell any information about our customers at any time!
 
SECURITY
Please be assured that your purchase transaction, including credit card number, is transmitted securely. Our site is hosted by Pappashop on secure servers, and utilizes Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption. Pappashop maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to protect personal information about you.
